Meet Our Providers

Marilyn Dougherty, MD

Marilyn Dougherty, MDDr. Dougherty completed medical school at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and went on to complete her internship there. She relocated to Denver to complete her residency in ophthalmology. In 1982 she began her private practice in Boulder until joining the University Of Colorado School of Medicine in 2012. Dr. Dougherty specializes in general ophthalmology and cataract surgery.

Christopher Gelston, MD

Christopher Gelston, MDDr. Gelston is a specialist in cornea, external disease and refractive surgery. He completed both his Ophthalmology residency and Cornea, External disease and Refractive Surgery fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Eric Hink, MD

Eric Hink, MDDr. Hink is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He specializes in eyelid cancer and reconstruction, orbital trauma and reconstruction, thyroid eye disease, lacrimal surgery, and aesthetic facial surgery.

Mina Pantcheva, MD

Mina Pantcheva, MDDr. Pantcheva is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She specializes in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma and cataracts, and is involved in clinical studies to determine optimal glaucoma treatments.

William Roberts, MD

William Roberts, MDDr. Roberts completed medical school at the University of Colorado in 1969 and completed his internship at San Francisco General. He spent the next 3 years as an Army medical officer at Fort Richardson, Alaska. He returned to Colorado in 1973 for his residency in ophthalmology and then began his private practice in Boulder. In 2012, Dr. Roberts joined the University of Colorado School of Medicine and continues to see patients in Boulder. Dr. Roberts specializes in general ophthalmology and cataract surgery.
