Why. Those who pay for our services are often private and governmental insurance companies, and they ask us to demonstrate that you - and they - are not getting unnecessary or unduly expensive care. That's the reason they ask us to put all the codes and explanations you see on your health care bills.

Like every responsible caregiver, we keep every detail about your care in your medical record. And, to insure your privacy, we release your medical record only after we make sure it is for your (or your legal agent's) eyes only.
