  • Should managers be required to do a written warning and performance improvement plan if a professional nurse does not pass any section of the UEXCEL performance appraisal vs. just permitting "manager discretion" as to how to handle the below standard performance? YES
  • Should there be a minimum threshold to earn a "successful" rating? YES (80%)
