My VIC Changes - for Employees

Due to the change over to Lawson, My VIC no longer exists in its previous form. You can find similar functionality available using the information below.

• To Do's - This feature is currently not available.
• Annual Increase - This is no longer available online. Please contact UCHealth Northern Region Human Resources (x57800) for a copy.
• Kronos - You can access your time card, schedules and other Kronos related info here:
     - Kronos Employee Access
     - Kronos Supervisor Access
• The following features, and more, are available in Lawson Employee Self Service (ESS) and can only be used with Internet Explorer 7 or 8. Other browsers may work, but could produce unexpected results. For help, please see the user guide in ESS or the users guide on Education and Events.
     - Benefits - Enrollment and Information
     - Profile - Address, Phone Number, etc.
     - Total Compensation
     - Payroll - W4, Direct Deposit
