EAF System Changes - For Managers

Due to the many issues with the EAF system it has been turned off. We apologize for this inconvenience. The Recruitment team is asking that hiring managers work with their respective recruiters to move to the MS Word and Excel documents that are in place to handle employee actions.

  • Internal Candidate EAF - May be found on VIC in the Public Area under Human Resources tab. Please email the EAFs to "PVHS HR EAF * Internal Top Candidate" or "PVHS HR EAF * Change of Status" as is the current process.

  • External Top Candidate EAF - If you have not received the EAF from your Recruitment Specialist, please contact them to request the form. The External Candidate EAF can be sent directly to your Recruitment Specialist.

  • Job Requisition EAF - If you have not received the EAF from your Recruitment Specialist, please contact them to request the form. This form must be e-mailed to your SMG member for approval and then sent to your Recruitment Specialist with the appropriate approval such as an e-mail or valid signature (no typed signatures unless accompanied by SMG e-mail approval).

  • To Edit a Job Description - Instructions to create/edit job descriptions.

For any job posting requests, hiring managers must get proof of SMG approval before the Recruitment team will post.
