Simplifying – Troubleshooting Quicksign access

Common problems providers may experience using Quicksign are -

  1. I cannot launch Quicksign (requires Internet Explorer 6), as it DOES NOT WORK WITH my Internet Explorer version 7 or 8.
  2. I must login 3 times to access Quicksign documents.
  3. I do not have Citrix installed on my personal PC or laptop (or Mac).
