Simplifying – Troubleshooting Quicksign access

Common problems providers may experience using Quicksign are -
- I cannot launch Quicksign (requires Internet Explorer 6), as it DOES NOT WORK WITH my Internet Explorer version 7 or 8.
- I must login 3 times to access Quicksign documents.
- I do not have Citrix installed on my personal PC or laptop (or Mac).
