Welcome! The UCH Ambulatory Services Training page was developed to provide you with online access to important learning materials, from both work and home. This includes training manuals, job aids, workbooks and web-based training.

Also available is a Training Request Form (bottom of page). If you have a need for a new training program not currently offered, please filll out the form and email to the address listed.

Web Based Training

  • View Only Access: Provider Schedules and Patient Inquiry
    • After completing the WBT, users must submit an IDX Access Request form. In addition to including information about who will be getting the access, place a check mark next to the location(s) to be viewed.  Also note when you completed the View Only WBT.  Once signed, fax a copy to the number at the top of the form.
    • A View Only User Guide is available in the Job Aids section above. This guide provides step-by-step instruction on using IDX for users with view only access and should be used as a supplement to the View Only Access web-based tutorial.
