Menopause Tests

Blood Tests

Used to check hormone levels and help determine if you are experiencing perimenopause (the first stages of menopause).

Menopause Treatments

Hormone Replacement Therapy

A treatment that uses estrogen and progestin (hormones) to replace the hormones your body is no longer producing due to menopause. Hormone replacement therapy methods include:

Pills – taken on a schedule to maintain hormone levels.

Skin Patch – continuously releases hormones through the skin.

Intrauterine Device (IUD) – releases low levels of hormone through a device placed in the uterus.

Calcium Supplements

Often women in menopause are at risk of developing osteoporosis (bone loss). Calcium supplements may be needed to help prevent bone loss.

Lifestyle Changes

Following a healthy diet and exercise plan can help reduce the symptoms related to menopause and improves your overall general health.
