Living with Eczema

Eczema is often caused by an allergic reaction. You may be able to control eczema by identifying what is causing the reaction and eliminating or staying away from it. 

You should avoid touching or scratching the irritated skin. Sweat irritates eczema, so stay away from vigorous exercise until it clears up.
