Dr. Jason Krutsch is a board-certified anesthesiologist who received pain management training at the Barolat Institute and the University of Colorado. His pain management interests include spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency, vertebroplasty, headache, spine pain and cancer pain.

Dr. Alan R. Brewer is board-certified in Anesthesiology and has Diplomat Status with the American Board of Pain Medicine. He graduated from Creighton University with both DDS and MD degrees. With a special clinical interest in head and neck pain as well as sympathetically mediated pain, his specialties include the treatment of headaches, trigeminal neuralgia, atypical facial pain, chronic pelvic pain and complex regional pain syndrome.

Dr. Robin Slover is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician who trained at the University of Colorado. Her pain management interests include chronic pelvic pain, Complex regional pain syndrome, spinal pain, neuropathic pain and cancer pain.

Dr. Mazin Al Tamimi is a board-certified pain management physician who trained at the University of Pittsburgh. His pain management interests include vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, spinal cord stimulation/peripheral nerve stimulation, percutaneous discectomy, cancer pain, neck and back pain and radiofrequency.

Lynn Hornick is a women's health care nurse practitioner who received her nursing training from the University of Colorado and the University of Pittsburgh. She focuses on treating the whole patient – body, mind and spirit – for optimal pain control.
