The CABANA Trial has the overall goal of establishing the appropriate roles for medical and ablative intervention for atrial fibrillation (AF). The CABANA Trial is designed to test the hypothesis that the treatment strategy of left atrial catheter ablation for the purpose of eliminating atrial fibrillation (AF) will be superior to current state-of-the-art therapy with either rate control or rhythm control drugs for reducing total mortality in patients with untreated or incompletely treated AF.

Cardiovascular Safety of Exenatide Once Weekly (Type 2 Diabetes)

Objective is to determine whether an initial non-invasive anatomic imaging strategy with coronary CT angiography (CTA) will improve clinical outcomes in subjects with symptoms concerning for coronary artery disease relative to an initial functional testing strategy (usual care).

Prospective, multi-center, randomized study of the Evalve Inc., Cardiovascular Valve Repair System (MitraClip® implant) in the treatment of mitral valve regurgitation. Patients will undergo 30-day, 6-month and 12-month clinical follow-up of the primary endpoints, and then annually for up to 5 years post procedure.
