Integrated, Individualized Treatment in a Residential Setting

CeDAR lays the foundation for long-term, sustainable recovery in the residential setting by providing integrated, individualized treatment to start the healing of mind, body and spirit. Our multi-disciplinary staff does that by providing education about the disease through a lecture series, 12-Step instruction, individual counseling and group therapy sessions. Staff to patient ratio is an industry-low one to five…meaning individuals receive more one-to-one attention from professionals who understand addiction.

As each patient moves forward in the program, both individual and group sessions focus on teaching coping skills, relapse prevention and how to identify and respond to triggers and high-risk situations.

A highly skilled medical and counseling staff

The clinical staff are trained in and implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy in addition to Twelve Step Facilitation to address behavioral, emotional and relational aspects of the addictive disorder. We balance our treatment with a holistic approach. PRINT RESIDENTIAL SCHEDULE

Spirituality is an important component of our program and patients participate in daily reflection/meditation. Physical fitness and nutrition also play a role in our primary care treatment. A staff nutritionist/fitness specialist oversees menu planning and exercise programs. CeDAR also provides Continuing Care planning and Case Management services for each patient that begin during the first week of residential treatment.
