Evaluation

Comprehensive Admission Assessment

Each person starts with a thorough medical, psychiatric, psycho-social and spiritual assessment to determine the best level of individualized care.

Treatment

CeDAR offers a intensive program to help individuals and families to better understand addiction and build skills to support a life of recovery.

Residential Treatment – CeDAR follows the 12-step model of treatment which has provided millions of people with a life of recovery and sobriety. CeDAR provides treatment for co-occurring disorders such as depression, bi-polar disorder, pain management, gambling and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Residential Extended Care – a 60 to 180 day residential program providing individuals with a smoother transition to their new life in recovery. Persons live in housing next door to the main facility. This program provides hands-on skill building for re-entry into the workforce, their homes and community.

Family Program – an educational and support program for family members 13 years of age and older. We teach role behaviors and the dynamics of an addictive family system, how to build skills for self care and how to support their loved one during the recovery process.

Alumni/Family Aftercare Support Groups – Successful recovery depends on the continuation of quality of care following residential treatment. CeDAR patients are given a detailed individualized aftercare plan, including extended care options, outpatient appointments and 12-Step contacts in their local community. 12-Step Recovery Group meetings are open to the community.
