Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation

A World-Class Residential Addiction and Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment Facility

CeDAR's alliance and integration with University of Colorado Hospital, part of the University of Colorado Health system, helps distinguish our program as one of the nation’s best. We provide comprehensive care for both male and female patients age 18 and over-- including advanced medical and psychiatric services.

Our mission is to provide a foundation for recovery with compassion, respect and hope. We offer a rare blend of the time-tested and proven 12-Step recovery process with evidence-based practices and pharmacologic advances. Our multi-disciplinary staff provides individualized, integrated residential and extended care programs that feature gender responsive treatment and housing.

CeDAR is nestled on a private, seven-acre tract of land on the Anschutz Medical Campus and offers a soothing and serene atmosphere for individual recovery. The commitment to each patient’s recovery goes beyond CeDAR’s walls. Each individual receives a continuing care plan and recovery management activities/events are offered by our Alumni Program and Recovery Support Services as patients make the transition from the safety of the CeDAR community to a new and enriching lifestyle in recovery.

CeDAR named "Provider of the Year"

The Colorado chapter of the EAPA named CeDAR as its 2008 Colorado Provider of the Year.

CeDAR was recognized for six accomplishments, including its "rare blend" of treatment modalities, and for being one of the few treatment programs nationwide that provides back-to-work services for individuals leaving treatment.
