Please join us for an opportunity to learn more about your self, how to relax, and to practice a variety of mind-body techniques including: meditation, breath work, guided imagery, and biofeedback. We will look at the role of stress and illness, and how to incorporate the tools of mind-body medicine into everyday life. Benefits include: better coping skills, decreased physical symptoms of cancer, increased self-awareness, and positive perceptions about your life.
This group is open to all cancer survivors in any stage of treatment or follow up. We will meet for 8 consecutive weeks.
