Grateful Patient and Family Program

Want to recognize a physician, nurse, housekeeper, volunteer or other caregiver who made a difference in your stay at University of Colorado Hospital?

Our Grateful Patient and Family Program provides grateful patients and family members an opportunity to do just that. At the same time you recognize that special caregiver, you'll also be helping other patients and family members by donating to a specific area or program at UCH.

How the Staff will be Recognized

The staff member or physician who you recognize will receive a stuffed bear with the Grateful logo and a certificate that will be presented to them in front of their peers.

How Do I Submit my Recognition?

Brochures with instructions are available at clinic, reception and information desks, and family rooms on the inpatient units. We would also be glad to mail you a brochure. Just call us at (720) 848-7850 or email Erin at Erin.Henninger@uch.edu

Donate to the Grateful Patient and Family Program via our secure website. Just select "Grateful Patient and Family" from the Donation Type list.
