Former Addict, Dealer Says Heroin is Big Business in Colorado

Billy Woodward, a former heroin addict and dealer who underwent treatment at University of Colorado Hospital's Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation (CeDAR), says heroin is big business in Colorado.

After his treatment at CeDAR, Woodward's been clean since July of 2009.

“He’s a good example of someone who’s done all the right things and put his recovery first,” said CeDAR Executive Director Steve Millette.
